Wayne was extremely professional. He also worked around our schedules and made himself available on a Sunday morning. This was for an urgent order and he was at the property within 24-48 hours of us contacting him. Lastly, he got the report prepared within 2-3 days as he had stated during our inspection! Highly recommend Wayne’s services!

Wayne was very responsive. Most other companies go to automated systems or phone support technicians and it was really difficult to get in touch with an appraiser to ask questions and get quotes.
